Become a more inspirational and resonant leader by fully aligning who you are with how you communicate.

What do you want?

When you think about the interactions in your work life or the interactions in your personal life, are you articulating what you want? Are you full-throated in your expression of your self?

Many are not. Many of us feel limited by both internal and external restraints. We bite our tongue in meetings, modify our responses to meet the expectations of a group.

We pride ourselves on being a “chameleon” who can easily adapt to whatever the social setting.

But what do you want?

There is power in what interests you. There is magic in your willingness to speak from your heart.

What is holding you back?

The fear we feel is real. The group might not like what we have to say. We might be rejected for our beliefs. We might not “feel” safe.

What is being asked of us is to be a little more brave in this life. If we want to experience ourselves fully in this life, we will need to express ourselves fully in this world.

If we are interested in being a leader, then we will need to have the courage to own what we feel, the confidence to trust others and the willingness to speak up.

What do you want to do?

What do you want to say?

What is holding you back?

And who would you be if you were no longer fettered by those restraints? How would you feel?

Take the time to explore the possibility. Challenge yourself to be free.

Allow yourselves to be surprised by what is within you.
